Can you eat before band fill???

I'm going for my second fill on Monday and wondered if you have to fast beforehand. My first fill was under x-ray and was told no food 5hrs before and no drink for 1hr before. Is this still the case for a normal injection only procedure???

Check with your provider...best go with what they advise...Mine says nothing to eat for four hours before and nothing to drink for an hour before

My app was with thg at 1020 for my first full I was told that I should not eat of drink from misinterpret the nite before and after I had my fill I was given a cup of cold water then cup of hot water x

I was no food 4 hours before and no water 1 hour before x x

I have to drink soooo many glasses of water that if I had eaten or drunk anything in the previous 2 - 3 hours the water wouldn't have gone anywhere

(oh grim, it would have come back up!)

definitely check with what your provider says, as mine is different again and its nil by mouth for 3 hours minimum before the fill.
