Confused

Hi

I have a bmi of 57-62 (different numbers from different health professionals). My gp has referred me for surgery and I have had a first appointment with a consultant. At that appointment I met a man who talked about exercise and I have started to attend a bospa group.

I have now received a letter about joining a group which teaches about nutrition and does exercises. These classes are set around Cornwall so I don't think they anything to do with the hospital other than a referral from them. I did this all before I moved down here and, because of my bmi, thought I wouldn't need to do it again.

I am prepared to do it again if that is required to tick that box but wasn't expecting to have to especially as I am being fast tracked due to having had ovarian cancer and being in a high risk group for breast cancer. I know it sounds so ungrateful but just asking the question.

Thanks

Debbie
