Daily Sleeve Food Diaries - please add yours!

6 weeks post op

yesterday
B - MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk + 2 homemade protein ice cream bites
S - 100g 0% greek yoghurt
L - 75g baked chicken breast
S - 100g 0% greek yoghurt
D - 75g slow cooked pulled very lean pork

1.4lt water (very bad, Bally, you should do better on fluids). :flamingmad:

I've noticed that eating consistently more proteins really helps my weight loss. I've lost 1kg in the last 3 days.:checkmark:
 
Hi fellow sleevers!! I'm gonna start posting my menus to keep me on track! So yesterday's was:

B- slice of whole meal seeded toast
S- didn't fit one in!
L- tuna and cheese salad (few fork fulls)
S- few more fork fulls of salad
S- was at work till 8 n needed another snack! - alpen bar
D- 2x pieces of diced chicken with a teaspoon of rice n curry sauce

Not alot to drink! Naughty Kelly :( lol
 
4 Weeks Post Op

B - Mashed banana
L - 1/3 Little tin of spaghetti hoops (the ones with tiny sausages in)
D - 1/4 Kids fish pie - gravy added to it (ready made meal from Tesco)

Snacks - None

Liquids - Orange Juice & Water

Only starting eating softs on Saturday, still getting used to it, it does feel odd. Liquids will always be my downfall, was before the surgery and still is now :( Will keep on persevering though!
 
Yesterday's menu:

3 1/2 weeks post sleeve-pass

B: Slice of very soft melon
S: Babybel cheese
L: 2 tbsp mashed potato & 1 Dairylea triangle
S: Handful of blueberries
D: Cauliflower cheese and 1/2 small tin of baked beans

Drinks: Loads of cups of tea with skimmed milk, 2 glasses of skimmed milk, 750ml NAS orange squash
 
6 weeks post op

B - 1 MyProtein shake made with 200ml ss milk
S - 100ml low fat yogurth
L - 80g chicken breast
S - 70g deli style turkey breast
D - 75g pulled pork

2100ml water (wow!)
 
7 weeks (tomorrow! lol) post op:
B- Fresh orange
S- didn't fit one in!
L- Chicken and BBQ sauce
S- Alpen Bar
D- "Maggies rustic chicken"- Chicken, pots, carrotts and green beans cooked in a bag lol (was lovely!)
S- Babybel light and 1/2 a yog
 
Yesterday:

B:Melon, strawberries and pumpkin seeds
S: Babybel
L:3 crackers, 1 slice Cathedral City Light cheddar
S: Strawberries
D: Went out to Carvery. I had no meat so just had sppon of cauliflower cheese, gravy, 1 roastie,1 small yorkshire pud and a couple of spoons of custard for pud.
 
7 weeks post op

B - 1 MyProtein shake made with 200ml ss milk
S - 48g deli style roaster turkey breast
L - 120g unseasoned seafood salad
D - 72g deli style roaster turkey breast

2000ml water (very good)
 
4 Weeks Post Op

B - Mashed banana
L - 1/3 Little tin of spaghetti hoops (the ones with tiny sausages in)
D - 2 Tablespoons of mash, beans and cheese

Snack - 1 Melba toast with reduced fat smooth pâté

Liquids - Orange Juice & Water
 
Today:

B: Melon, strawberries, pumpkin seeds
S: Ginger biscuit
L: Low-fat rice pudding and a babybel cheese
D: 2 mini waffles, homemade mince, carrot and baked beans

Fluids: 1.5lt water, lots of cups of tea with skimmed milk, 1 glass skimmed milk.
 
7 weeks post op:

Yesterday:

B- 1/4 of a bagel with low fat spread
L- ham
S- 3 snack a jacks crisps and a babybell light
D- pulled pork and cheese
S- alpen bar

Today:

B-1/4 of bagel with Philly light
L- chicken and pasta pot from m & s (few forkfuls)
S- BBQ chicken satay
D- pasta bake
S- cheese
 
Today.. 4weeks post sleeve-pass


B: Melon, yogurt, mixed seeds
S: baby bel cheese
L: 2 fish fingers and one mini waffle
S: 2 mini M&S oatie biscuits
D: Mince, mashed sweet potato, baked beans
 
7 weeks post op

Yesterday
B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml milk
S - 200ml fresh orange juice + 1 Fage 0% yogurt
L - 80g baked chicken breast
S - 150ml fresh berry juice
D - 60g deli style roasted turkey breast

1000ml water (only?!?!)

Should you be having bagels this early on?
 
It depends on your provider Yvessa. Mine allows bread, bagels, pitta from 5-6 weeks xx
 
I'm aware which is why I asked the question :) equally just because you can doesn't necessarily mean you should, but I'm not here to judge :)

What cut of pork are you using & which method (slow cooker) any other ingredients?sounds delicious

No I just chew, chew, chew! I have moved on quite quickly with my team's permission xx

I understand what you mean. I don't deprive myself of anything. As far as me and my team are concerned, diets should be a thing of the past. But that's just me. I am aware of many people's views of that! Lol :) xx
