Daily Sleeve Food Diaries - please add yours!

Yesterday

B/ bacon roll

L/ lettuce, cucumber, peppers, radishes and tuna

D/ rare fillet steak with 6 oven chips and beet root

S/ roasted edamame beans, Dairylea triangle

Drinks/ 1/2 can diet coke, 2lt water, loads of tea
 
Today....13 hr shift at work so not much eating done today!

B/ nothing

L/ 1/4 peanut butter sandwich

D/ 2 slices pizza and oven chips

Drinks/ 2 cups of tea (yes, only 2!!), 1.5 lt water.
 
Today:

B/ Nothing

S/ Fruit scone with butter and jam

L/ Mini sushi from M&S

D/ Pork fillet, roast potatoes and 1/2 corn cob

Drinks/ Tea, water, NAS orange juice
 
Yesterday.....mental 13 hour shift at work, had no time to eat or drink anything!

B/ nothing

L/ nothing

D/ 2 zucchini flowers and a slice of toast with marmalade

Drinks/ not much at all :(

Today....a bit better

B/ 1 slice toast with Nutella.

L/ slice of deli turkey and some cucumber

D/ not decided yet but it will probably be baked beans and fish fingers by the looks of things!

Drinks/ tea, water and 1/2 can of diet coke
 
Yesterday:

B/ 1 slice granary toast with peanut butter

L/ Tinned tuna, cos lettuce, cucumber and radishes

D/ 2-egg omelette with broccoli

No snacks!!! Woohoo! :)

Drinks/ 2lt water, loads of tea
 
Back from a short holiday with no internet connection available.

B - 0% vanilla greek yogurt
L - small tub of cottage cheese
S - slice of corned beef
D - cup of soup + 100g mushy peas

Fluids - 1.8lt water
 
B: 1/2 weetabix & s/s milk
L: 1/4 pot pea &ham hock soup & sml trifle
D: 1/2 tin lamb stew
Snack: fage & tblsp honey
New to this so everything pureed. Comments/advice welcome plz.

D/ Turkey salad roll with beetroot

Drinks/ 2lt water, loads of tea


Today:

B/ Bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with skimmed milk

L/ 1/2 tuna sandwich with cucumber

D/ small corn on the cob and 1/2 duck breast

Drinks/ No water (Yikes!) but loads of tea! lol
 
B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk
L - 1 homemade baked meatball
S - handfull roasted broad beans
D - 100g. mushy peas + 60g. deli chicken breast

Fluids - 1.5lt water + 500ml milky coffee + 1lt nas iced tea
 
Today:

B/ 1 egg scrambled and a wholemeal roll

L/ 1/2 cheese toastie

D/ Salad leaves, beetroot, radishes and tuna with balsamic dressing and roasted seeds

Snacks/ 1/2 a cupcake...no frosting!

Drinks/ 2lt water, loads of tea
 
Today:

B/ Nothing

L/ Salad, ham, quiche

D/ Grilled bacon and baked beans

Drinks/ Not much at all today and feeling rubbish for it! Only 3 cups of tea :(
 
Yesterday

B - 150g. 0% greek yogurt
S - 1 IKEA oatmeal biscuit
L - 140g. luncheon meat
D - 100g. mushy peas + 1 homemade baked meatball (largish, appprox. 60g.)

Fluids - 500ml milky coffee + 600ml nas ices tea + 1lt water
 
Yesterday (sorry but it seems it's impossible for me to post in the evening atm)

B - 2 cups of milky coffee
L - 175g cottage cheese + 1 crispbread
S - 0% greek yoghurt + 80g. fresh blackberries
D - shrimps zucchini foil packet

Fluids - 450ml iced tea + 1350ml water + the breakfast coffee (not much, I know)
 
Yesterday:


B/ 1 peach

L/ went out with friends and we shared a pizza. I had 1 slice and a baby mozzarella.

D/ 4 potato wedges and some pork fillet

Drinks/ 1 glass Prosecco, 2lt water, 6 cups of tea
 
B - 2 cups of coffee
S - 0% greek yogurt with honey + 1 walnut
L - 45g. ham
S - 50g. roasted broad beans
D - 1 homemade roasted meatball + gravy

Fluids - 2lt. water + the coffee
 
B - 1 MyProtein shake + 2 cups of coffee
L - pasta salad (20g. pasta + 52g. canned tuna + 4 cherry tomatoes)
S - 4 small bites of homemade protein melon ice cream
D - 140g. luncheon meat + 18g. parmesan cheese

Fluids - 2lt (water and SF iced tea) + breakfast coffee
 
Yesterday:

B/ 1 nectarine

L/ 1/2 cheese toastie

D/ Pasta with tomato and mascarpone sauce

Drinks/ 2lt water, loads of tea


Today:

B/ Grilled bacon and 1 slice of toast

L/ 1/2 chicken salad sandwich with beetroot

D/ 1/2 chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce, 1 potato and brocolli
Tira-mi-su for pud (naughty!!)

Drinks/ 2.5lt water, 6 cups of tea
 
B - 2 mugs of milky coffee + half a cup of fresh garden blackberries + 0% greek yogurt
L - 1 crispbread + 2 mini babybells
D - 60g. deli style roasted chicken breast + 70g. corn + 140g. SF jelly (later, more a snack than a dessert)

Fluids - 2000lt water + BF coffee
