S - the other half of the porridge
L - 1 frittata baked bite (50g)
S - 280g SF jelly
D - 1 skinny zucchini baked bite (50g) + 60g. deli style chicken breast

Fluids - 2lt water + BF coffee

L - 80g. barley salad with shrimps and zucchini

L - unseasoned seafood salad (more or less 100g.) + 1/2 hard boiled egg
D - 1 toast sized pizza + 140ml SF jelly

Fluids - 1.5 lt. of water (very busy working day)

TODAY

B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk
S - 3 crackers + 18g. parmesan cheese
L - 2 falafel patties + 1 tbls hummus (no wrap)
D - 60g. deli style roasted chicken breast + 280ml SF jelly

Just back from Italy and I daren't put up my diaries because every meal consisted of Nutella in some form! lol I still managed to lose 3lb in 10 days though so I am a happy girl!

Yesterday:

B/ 2 fresh figs

L/ Roll with mortadella and roasted peppers

D/ Pork belly, cabbage and peppers.

Drinks/ 2lt water, loads of tea.

D/ Chinese take-away 2 tbsp chicken and cashew nut, 1 tbsp rice 2 prawn crackers

Drinks/ 2lt water, 3 gin and cranberry juice (Barf!), tea

Sunday (Dying!!)

B/ Nothing

L/ 1 grilled sausage and baked beans

D/ 1 corn on the cob, green beans and chicken

Drinks/ 2lt water, tea, 1/2 can diet irn bru for hangover purposes!


Today:

B/ 1 slice toast with honey

L/ Crusty roll with turkey, cucumber and roasted peppers

D/ Will be gnocchi, homemade pasta sauce and mozzarella

Drinks/ 1lt water, NAS orange juice, tea
 
Today

6 hours train to and from a business meeting with business lunch. Terrible day...lots of calories.

L - approx. 90g. baked cheese with 1 slice of speck
S - 35g. peanuts (was hungry in train...not the best choice)
D - 18g. parmesan cheese

Fluids - 1.75lt water
 
Must make an effort to fill this in every day!

L/ 3 taralli biscuits

D/ spaghetti, homemade pasta sauce and 1 tiny homemade meatball

D/ Turkey stir-fry with noodles

Today:

B/; Bowl of Sugar Puffs with skimmed milk

L/ 1/2 Tuna sandwich

D/ Baked ziti...only managed 4 spoonfuls but made enough to feed a bloody army!! Will I ever learn??

Drinks: Tea, tea, tea and a wee bit of water!

L/ 1/2 chicken fajita and 1 nectarine

D/ Chicken breast in a curry sauce with 2 tbsp rice......I feel sick now though. I don't think rice agrees with me :(

Drinks/ 2lt water, 4 cups tea (so far!)

L/ Tuna mayo with sweetcorn in a mini dinner roll

D/ Roast chicken leg, 1/2 roast potato and 1/2 home-made baked doughnut muffin :)

Drinks.....loads of tea today all day long!

D/ Homemade chicken in white sauce with peas

S/ Handful of granola, 2 tbsp cheesecake, 1/2 crunchie bar.
