I have just been reading back just over 6 months, (last july 5th) you mentioned the weight management course, how long dd you attend for ?
I am on a 6 month course with a dietician called helen, it is based in walkden at a new building.
I have 3 more sessions before i am referred to hope hospital.

Hi Helen

I started going to the weight management clinic with Debbie in early Febuary and had about 4 sessions I think. I was told on my 2nd session though that I would be referred to Dr New for consideration for surgery, the last couple of sessions were really more like counselling sessions!!

I think I had Helen for my last post-op appointment.

she told me its more and then the last one will be to discuss my post op food / diet

100 lb off - i cant imagine what that must feel like. i am going to go and work out what weight i would be 100 lb lighter.

Unfortunately I still need to lose another 100 pounds to get to my final goal weight of about 10 stone ish! But at least I am now 100 pounds closer than I was 6 months ago!!!
