Well today has been a good one no hunger pangs at all
 
today i have eaten
 
Breakfast:1 1/2 weetabix 1/2 pint skimmed milk
 
Lunch: 100g tuna small bowl salad 1 slice w/w bread
 
Snack: banana
 
Tea: small bowl salad 150g poached fish 100g potato
 
Snack: 1 banana 1 muller light
feeling good apart from a dull ache in my head.
