Day One Of Pre-op Diet

Well done on getting to day 7... everydays one step closer to that final goal! xx

Day Seven - Fri 3rd Sept

Breakfast - 1 wholemeal slice toast and clover.

Lunch - 1 small wholemeal roll, chicken, lettuce and tomato. 1 banana.

Dinner - Portion of chicken, white cabbage, 2 small new potatoes.

Snack - Shape Zero yogurt. Melon.

Drinks - 2 tea, lots of water, 1 can diet coke.
 
Day Seven - Sat 4th Sept

Breakfast - Porridge and semi skimmed milk.

Lunch - Cottage cheese, 2 ryveta, cherry tomatoes and peppers. Some apple and grapes.

Dinner - Portion of smoked haddock, broccoli, cauliflower and 2 small new potatoes.

Snack - Shape Zero yogurt. Pear.

Drinks - Water. 1 diet coke.

Took lads to Macdonalds for lunch. Luckily I'd already had my lunch so I had diet coke and a fruit bag! Whoop - go me lol.
 
Day Eight - Sun 5th Sept

Breakfast - 1 wholemeal toast and clover.

Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, 2 wholemeal toast and clover. Melon.

Dinner - Chicken, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower.

Snack - Shape Zero yogurt. Banana.

Drinks - Water. 1/3 pint ss milk used for milky coffee.
