They give you upto 9 weeks to lose the weight so if you haven't done it in the 4 weeks they will extend your time but if you dont achieve it within 9 weeks then they take you off the books.

Ooh yes they weigh you everytime lol and you are not allowed to gain any weight in between which us hard! I finished mine in the oct and didn't have my next appt till feb so I had Xmas to get through! I had an appt with the nurse a week before the surgeon and I had gained 2lb and she said he won't be happy but I was due on the milk diet that week so by the time I saw him I was down another 12lb so it didn't matter
hi Louisa..
how are you getting on???
I said this on another thread..
but I was on week 3 and had a major stall...and still had 4/5lbs to go and my weight was jumping up and down all week..
when I said to the dietitian on Monday I nearly cancelled, she looked shocked and said "I am glad you didn't because it would be hard to have got an appointment for so many weeks after.!"
Don't cancel Hun...go to the appointment...
I upped my water intake so much in the last week(I was seriously over watered!!!)and it worked...
and by the time i was weighed i had lost 5% plus 1/5 stone.
I was told I had 9 weeks also hun...
so please don't panic..it will fall into place...thinking of you.. x x
