Over 10st lost

My next appointment isn't for another 5 months so I thought I'd better get some scales.

Well today I got some and weighed myself, I've lost a further 1st 9lb since November 13th!! So that's now 10st 5lb since the 20th June.

To say I'm pleased that I've lost so much over the Christmas period is an understatement.

I am chuffed to bits!

Still 21st 3lbs but just 6st 3lbs till I hit my target. Even then, 15st may be too light as I am very broad.

But I'm happy!
