drains??

Hi im 7 weeks post op and still on mushy food. I have soup for lunch and about a hour later my stomach sounds like a drain emptying also does it with other fluids, is this normal and does it get less noisy as i begin to eat normal food. thanks you Xx

It's probably quite normal, mine even does it when I first get into bed as well but fortunately it only lasts a few minutes.
