I was told to wait half an hour after I have eaten before I have a drink, but they didn't say stop drinking a certain length of time before you eat. Are you supposed to, I'm a bit confused?
I've been told 15 mins before and 30 mins after. It's quite hard to get everything in isn't it? So I've made one of my 'meals' a mug of milky coffee to help up my liquid intake.
The half-hour either side of food was the same for me. Obviously if you are filling up with drink, that is taking up the room where the food should be! As long as you are covered nutrition wise and do not start to stretch the stomach pouch, finding a balance works best for me x
