Drinking stage

So I had wls 3 days ago and at first it took me 3 hours to get a bottle of water down now it takes me 30min-1 hour. Is this normal this soon. I am so afraid of stretching my pouch. At where I got my gastric sleeve done we are on liquids for two weeks then soft foods then the last stage is solid foods.

Also warm fluids go down even faster

Yes totally normal your pouch was swollen just after surgery so made everything slow.
But the further you get out of surgery the easier you will find things go down.
Liquids slide through easy and you feel as if you are eating way too much but when you start on purees and solids you will find that things will fill you up quicker and you can't eat as much

Yes it is normal at first as it is only fluids. It gets slower as you get on to more solid food, just remember not to push to eat anything just take it slow.
