Does the fill restrict the opening or the size of the pouch. I read about a fellow member who had the fill 'removed' so they could go on holiday - how interesting xx

yes I think so. So if i was pregnant or wanted to fly (both unlikely!) I could have some removed so I could eat more or not explode on the aeroplane! :giggle:
