I can see alot of myself in her - you know what you should do, but there's a blockage in your brain that prevents you from actually doing it. Perhaps its like that for all overweight people? I did feel it was a waste of her (and our) time to make the programme if she didn't want to make changes. It was very negative in that sense. But perhaps if it makes 'normal' people appreciate how 'large' people see food, it's a positive.
