Well I reached my 1st target of losing 5 stone before I go away, and I am really thrilled to bits. It is wierd because as I am packing I have come across trousers I wore last year and they are way to big on me now. They are a size 28/30 and now I'm a 20/22. It is an activity holiday with cycling, swimming, walking and archery to name a few of the activities. I am looking forward to it, but I am really worried and mithered about the food and eating as its an all inclusive break, even though they have agreed to provide bypass friendly food for me, I always forget to eat and drink hen I am busy and pre occupied and I think this is why my weight loss has slowed down over the last 2 weeks. I am taking crackers and melba toast with me just incase, and there is normally fruit and weetabix for breakfast, have worked out how to get my morning coffe and meds in before breakfast time. I have never hidden the fact that I have had a bypass and people do seem genuinely interested in it and how I am getting on. I am so worried about eating in front of people and forgeting myself and being sick in front of people and them all fussing over me.
Sorry to rant but I need to get my head sorted and things straight in my head before we go in the morning.
