1300 Lunch: Leftover HM Quorn Masala [300]
1500 Snack: 1 Small HM Scone with scraping of Butter and Marmalade [150]
1800 Dinner: 2 HM Fishcakes [150], 1 Garlic Pitta [160]

Breakfast....cheese onion and bacon omelete
Lunch....1 taco shell with mince beef and salad
Dinner... 1 balti burger and 2 potatoe wedges
Snacks... a handfull mixed nuts, small bag cheese chedders ( at bingo everone was eating chips this is all thay had small and light)
Drinks...2 coffees, 1 litre water, 2 blackcurrant squash

Friday 23rd April 2010

Breakfast...nothing was busy and forgot to stop for food
Lunch....home made tortilla pizza with cheese, onion and basil
Dinner....BBQ, had 1 balti burger, 1/2 cumberland sausage and a plate of salad
Drinks...2 coffees, sports bottle of squash and 1 1/2 glasses weight watchers wine
Snacks...a few nuts

Saturday 24th April 2010

Breakfast...1 sausage 1/2 slice bacon 1 tbsp baked beans 1 tomatoe and a few mushrooms 1 egg
Lunch... big plate salad
Dinner...
Snacks...
Drinks...1 coffee, 1 glass squash, 1 bottle Ribena light

1730 Dinner: 6" Subway (Wheat w/ Chicken, Ham, Bacon Cheese and Salad) [400]

Hmmmmmmm I can't believe I ate all the Subway sandwich! I was defiantly full after it though!

My birthday was on Sunday - hence the meals out and the takeaway. Not an average days eating by any means!

Lunch - Tuna, pasta and sweetcorn
Dinner - same as lunch
Snacks - some pecan and brazil nuts, 1/2 NAS shortbread, couple of Werthers, 2 cans diet coke/3 cups of tea
 
Monday (on nights)
B : 3/4 piece of toast with jam and butter
L : cous cous with king prawns, olives and baby toms
D : same as lunch

snacks : 4 Tunnocks tea cakes (I'm so sorry but I love them)


Tuesday (on nights)
B : 1 Tunnocks tea cake (really, really sorry) only 1 left to go
L : Corned beef hash with baked beans
D : same as lunch
snacks : last Tunnocks tea cakes, some fig roll biscuits, grapes

snacks : Pringles (they are too easy to get down, must stop buying them), red liquorice laces

What a terrible diet day! Nights really messes me up coz I don't know where I am. We only do a run of 2 nights so I can't get into any sort of pattern. So back on track tomorrow.

I see you drink diet coke? Do you leave it to go flat? Does it give you any trouble? I'm guessing not or you wouldn't drink it would you? Lol x
 
No problem at all Leanne, I only take sips and I make sure that it goes down before I have another one. But I find it makes me feel more hydrated than when I have water.
