here we go again new year new focus have lost 9lb this week back on track.

todays menu so far
B/fast porridge oats so simple with milk
3 lrg cups of tea

lunch 2 rashers bacon
Glass water
homemade bacon and lentil soup

Dinner quorn burger home made oven chips and baked beans,

Nas jelly and pineapple
glass water

mug tea

Good on you - I would join you posting - but I reckon there would be a few rasied eyebrows at what I eat, how much I eat and when I eat! LOL. I blame the pregnancy :)

OK - I will try - remember Im pregnant and have to eat carbs every day!

bacon on toast
quiche Lorraine
chicken fried rice - home made with extra egg and chicken :) Mmmmm
2 toasted hot cross buns
SF ice lolly
Lots and lots of decaffe tea and coffee

the carbs are my problem I think

not enough protein

but keeping track of calories this week and making myself face up to what I am eating :(

not been on for a few days have had FUN but diet suffered ;( oh well back on track tomorro.

toast
humus and pitta (wolemeal) tuna and cheese
chicken and pitta and chips
couple of hero chocolates
lots of decaffe tea and coffee
half a fresh pineapple
crisps

1egg, scrambled

porridge made with water (but added sugar and milk :( )

2x cup a soup

not a good day but felt unwell for most of it :(
