I can,t believe after the last couple of weeks I have had I am officially under 25st for the first time in years I am now 24st13lb (349lb)
I have just worked out that when I have lost another 14.5lbs I will be half way through my WL journey.
I am so happy with the loss so far and a week before my holiday :character00255: :character00180: :giggle:

Believe me I was regretting it for the first time at the beggining of last week as every thing I tried to eat came straight back up and I felt bloody awful. BUT I feel much better now and after some of what you lady's call retail therapy. I went out and bought some new clothes for the holiday. Vests and tops down from 6XL down to 3XL, Pants down from 5XL to 2 XL and track bottoms from 5XL to 3XL
I am going back to get some more as the girls said they would get me clothes for my birthday, which is while I am away.
Really looking forward to the holiday.

Charis We are going to Pearly Grey Ocean Club on Tenerife, Not been there before but have done loads of research and plan some great adventure days, Sian Park is the biggest water park in Europe, Loro parque to see the Seal show and all the other animals and a day trip on a 3 million euro catermarane, the rest of the time will be spent lazing around or in the pool or in the sea.
I can't wait

OOOooooo that sounds lovely Bryan, I usually go abroad every Sept but as I dont know when my surgery will be I havnt booked this year......Im absolutely gutted now to not be going! It does look like surgery might be in Sept though so it will be worth it X
