Head Hunger... already!! Please help

I am really struggling with food and hate everything I'm eating. I only had surgery 4 days ago and I cant believe I am like this already. I'm so weak and my head is telling me I need fuel. Ive made soups and eating as I should according the guidelines and I'm not hungry but never feel satisfied.

Please tell me this passes and soon...:cry:

Ive just had a serious word with myself I just need to just knuckle down and get on with it. I know this will pass and not too long to wait for the next food stage x
