Just thought I would pop in and say hello and let everyone know I am still around and doing well on my weight loss , still maintaining really good (attached a recent picture as u can see) still cannot believe its been almost 3 & 1/2 years since banded, where does the time fly. No problems or anything to report, all is good. Hope everyone is doing gr8 - BD
