Help with registering with Minimins??

Hi, wonder if anyone can help, my Cd counsellor is fairly new and I tried to get her on this site but it said unable to register at this time, she has tried again a couple of times and it keeps saying the same thing!! Any ideas anyone?? Thanks sarahxx.

Maybe she is using a name that someone else has registered? I will post this in the mods section in case anyone else knows...

Has she activated her account via the email she should have received?

What message is she getting?
