hiya i had my bypass 7th may to date ive lost 3 stone 5lbs went bk to work on monday and worked yesturday but ive hurt my self and been off today got huge pains in my tummy, apart from that im so happy xx

Hey Janiemac I am the same as you, 8lbs in week one so that is cool but dont feel as though losing anything in last few days? We will see! I too am managing more than I should, thick soups with little lumps have gone down a treat! Will hear how you get on with the mushies x x x
