How much? how long?

Hi all,
Im having a band at end oct and cant stop thinking about it!!!!!!
thought i would ask you all how much weight you have all lost and in what sort of time, thought it would make a good read.

hi, it took me 18 months to lose 7 stone 7. It takes time and is a slow process, its been hard but worth it.

i only had my band 2wks ago but have lost about 1 n half stone so far but it not always gona come off that quick lol

hi i had band 4weeks ago and lost 15lb thats preop aswell but the weight is gaining now as i need a fill..
