How to copy a file onto the site?

Hi guys, I have found a really useful interview with the staff at St Richards about WLS and I copies it from the website into a word document. How do I get it to appear on here. I tried copy and paste but the document is too long and I can't remember which internet site I found it on in the forst place so I can't post the link!!!! Any ideas? It is a REALLY good interview. Thanks
