thank you all for a very warm welcome.

I have been on vlcd - cambridge diet, but do not seem to be having much luck. My doctor has referred me for sleeve gastronectomy (not sure if spelt right) but hopefully you know what I mean. I have been overweight for all of my life and like some I have read on here been on many many diets and failed at them all.....

p.s can i comment on any posts/thread as they come in or do I have to have permission etc?? sorry if this seems a silly q !! ))
