I had a small portion of fish and chips tonight and didn't finish them all by a long way, but I said soon as I got my date I was going to have my fav and then back to eating sensible to the start of the pre op diet.

Good luck for your op too and yep would be good to have someone around the same time to compare tips ect

She's going to send me the details though and I need to do it for 3 weeks so start on monday. I think it's a 500 cal a day low carb diet, I was sooo hoping for the milk diet, I could drink milk til it came out my ears lol
