I love ICE!!!

Befrore my op I hated ice in my drinks, couldn't stand it and would take it out with my (clean!) fingers if someone got me a drink with ice by accident!

But now - OMG - I nearly fill a glass with ice before I put any drink in it! And as for icepoles! Well there are truly my new best friend lol! I actually went to bed the other night and took one with me to eat before I went to sleep!

As I know I'm bad at getting my fluids I'm not beating myself up about it!

Never realised that this would change so much!!

aaaww i know that feeling Karen i love ice now cant get enough of it and as for the ice poles im the same lol.

I've not had my bypass yet am due to have it 24 th august but I will make sure I have plenty of ice cubes done. Thanks sweeties a great tip luv kaz x
