My team's plan has low-fat ice cream on their liquids suggestions. I've had it a few times, it seems to react less with my body than milk has (lactose perhaps, haven't nailed down what). Doesn't taste brilliant, though.

I was allowed from puree stage - I brought the frozen yogurts - healthier option xx

I eat Wheyhey. It's a little pricer than normal ice cream but i only have a small serving so it is not too bad. It's made with whey protein so good to keep up the protein content. Pretty yummy too.
