im gona work this band kick it into gear

feeling very positive, been to see dietition 6/10/14, had to much fluid in band so took some out im on fluid for two days then soft for two days but now with advice on here and and from face to face dietition this is a new start and im going to work this band new year new start weight loss here i come :8855::talk017::thankyou:
