inches to come off!

Hey, I have lost over 2 1/2 stone but i dont feel any slimmer!!!!!

Did anyone else notice that the weight came off before the inches??

Sorry I can't help you as not got that far yet but I do remember when I lost 6 stone it was only after about 3 1/2 stone that I noticed my clothes dropping off.

I think this part of the site will be quiet this weekend as a lot have gone away to Brum for the weekend and were probably getting ready.

I'm sure you will get lots of replies when they are all back.

Hya. Are you a REALLY big fatty? I think the more you need to lose the less it shows. I had lost 2 and a half stone and no one commented. Then my face went scrawny and i looked even worse! LOL .

I don't bother with the scales at all now. If you are pleased with what you see you will only be pleased for a minute before you start thinking about what "number" you want to be next and if you are not pleased with what number you see you will feel disheartened.

I just go on whether my clothes are getting looser or not.and they are so that's good enough for me!
