Shell and Red were my inspiration in the early days, more recently Nic has been a star. Topsy makes me laugh and both Terri and Marion have been tremendously supportive.. Neil, Mark and Silversurfer are brilliant too, its nice to see the men not scared to join in. These lovely people have made my journey so much easier through sharing their experiences and always being on hand with good sound advice, so thank you all very much.

Thank you to all those who have included me, I only try to put back a little of what I have got from this site. If it wasn't for Nic I would never have found this site and made 3 of the most wonderful friends that anyone can wish for. Also the advice from Shel and Carole has been a huge help, and seeing Shel at my birthday drinks was a huge reassurance that eating can and does return to normal and that everything is so worth it in the end.

Bonita, Chivasgirl and Topsy have inspired in another way completely. They have the 3 of them been through a pretty rough time since there op, and have all remained positive nad willing to see the best in everything and and everyone and I take my hat off to all 3 of you for not going in to the woo is me take pity on me mode.

Finally on to Sam and Angela and Pit bull, well were would I be without you 2, you have been there for me when I've had my wobbles and off days and its like we've known each other for years and just the 8 months or so since we first meet up at the Hawthorn cafe for a farmhouse breakfast. Sam it will be my pleasure to hold your hand through the rest of the journey and am so looking forward to you being on the losing side.

Thank you to everyone else who has brought a smile to face, yes even you silver surfer though you now seem to have joined the rebel squirrels and take great delight in letting me know that they are now armed and dangerous and seeking revenge, even though the untimely death of one of their fellow squirrels had nothing to do with me 8OD

There are so many people on here who made me feel welcome when i first joined, who have supported me and given me great advice along the way. As you know i live in Scotland and have'nt met anyone really from there so am so grateful to have all you guys to turn to. There are lots of you to thank i'm just so glad i found minis xx

Hi everyone, well I have found everyone here inspirational in their own ways. Everyone has had their own tale to tell and I have found that even when I'm giving my opinion that it reinforces things in my head and reminds me of what I am doing it, waryness of mistakes and pitfalls, and also why I am doing it.

I have had loads of help from Liz, Tendersage, Terri, Phatgirl, Silver surfer (in his own unique way!), Shell, and many others.

And encouragement from so many people including Topsy, Gaynor, Maz, Tinky, Tasha, Snow and oh so many of you. Thankyou so much to all of you x
