Hello everyone 
I am approaching 4 years post surgery and I think I was doing pretty well. I long moonlit walks on the beach. Oops wrong forum, duh. Seriously though I've been pretty good until recently I've felt like I haven't been doing so well.
Since I'm not one for talking about myself I'll leave it at this.
