Week one: lost 5.5 lb and 16 cm
Week two: lost 3lb and 8cm
I know I've not been drinking enough liquids and my body is holding on to what little water Im putting into it, so will be working hard to correct that. If anyone has any tips ill be happy to hear them! Although I'm a little dissaponted to only have lost 3lb this week, I get that my body has had a lot to deal with and is playing catch up, and after all a loss is a loss
Also I'm aware i need to increase my activity level. Planning on going swimming tomorrow and try to go 3 times a week.
