I have been approved for a loan for my surgery and I am finally going to do it! I just cant wait! After a lifetime of being overweight, I am finally going to get what I need!!

Hopefully on my birthday 29th January! The start of my new life!!!!

I have been trying forever to get the NHS to consider me, but they refused point blank. I had to take matters into my own hand, and pocket!! It is going to be worth every penny though!!
