232.8 pounds or 105.6 kilograms this morning
I was 115.5 kilograms 254.6 pounds the morning of operation
I was 134.2 kilograms 295.8 pounds when I started this journey
I have lost post op 21.8 pounds
Since starting my WLS journey 63 pounds four and a half stone

Operation day weight (14th July) - 173.4kg

Total loss of 28kg and 11.4kg since op.

First weigh in was 5 days post op on the Monday 7th July lost 20lb so far since 7th July don't know what I was on day of op I will find out at my next appointment everyone keeps telling me they can c I have lost but I can't see yet.

YES!!

I know the numbers are coming down and I sort of noticed the other day, but I cant really see any difference! But I have to lose around 4/5 stone before anyone ever notices! xx

I have lost just short of 4 1/2 stone so people are saying things but I just can't see it. I hope I don't see a fat bird forever! Lol xx
