June 2016 surgeries

Noticed other months have this but not June!

Had mine 1st June, bypass at the Whitt. Been a slow journey, seems so long ago now! Lost over 4stone and disappointed, thought it would be more and faster. Can eat anything, sometimes feels like I never had surgery so a bit confused but trying to stick to a high protein diet and away from bad snacks etc. Keeping a diary over on the bypass forum....

How are other June oppers getting on?

Not sure if anyone is still about lol, but I had my sleeve on the 7th of June. I've reached my goal and then some, which is fantastic. I'm just trying to maintain at the moment, but keep losing, such a surreal feeling having to work hard not to lose!
