Just discovered my fitness pal !

Thank you to everyone who recommended mfp it is fab!!!
I love that you can scan the barcodes in for your meals. Still finding new bits to it - but getting daily breakdown of nutrients etc is so usefull.
Today is my first day of using it properly and so I have discovered I am eating more carbs then protein - will change this tomorrow.
 
it's great god food logging, but be aware if you're logging exercise it says you use a lot more calories than the reality. Take the exercise bit with caution, even halving what it says for a better picture :)
 
Map My Fitness is a better app for fitness, especially walking as it uses GPS to record your speed/distance even the hills, and swimming as it's more detailed.

Love MyFitness Pal though x
