I have both and they both have good and bad points. If you have a small space then the wii is better. But if you have a big space then kinnect is fab. I love the dance games on kinnect is its cool to be hands free.

Just tried kinnect your shape 2012 very impressed tried jogging through new York and London , well walking really to big to run yet! And it worked out of breath with a sweat on .
