Last night's fat doctor

HI,

I enjoyed last night's pogramme. I thought that the Sarah was very brave and obviously needed to have the surgery to feel good about herself.

I don't know if I could ever have that sort of sugery (not that i could afford it unless I won the lottery lol) I quite like the idea of the boob op, although hubby said he wouldn't like it!! I would definately get rid of the bingo wings and thighs.

I have seen lipsoction done before but it still shocks me how rough they are when they do it.

Anyway just wondered what others thought about it.

If I could afford it Paula, I would definately have the tummy tuck and boob lift. I daresay there might be other areas but those two for sure!
In my opinion, if it makes you feel confident and like yourself better then why on earth not. We only get one go at life so as long as it's not hurting others and makes the most of ourselves I say go for it and be happy x It's sad that some people are negative and put a downer on those who want to improve themselves (not change totally) and I don't see why we should justify decisions about our own lives and our own bodies !

Totally agree with Neen, if it makes you feel happier and doesn't affect anyone else then what's the harm? If, when the time comes, I am not happy with any excess skin/deflated boobs that I may have been left with, would I go for cosmetic surgery? Hell yeah! :D

Affording it is a whole other story!!

I would definitely have plastic surgery when I was done losing weight. My mum has always been super slim but had a bit of a tummy after having 6 kids. She had a tummy tuck and looks and feels so much better about herself.

Anything that helps you feel better about who you are is never a bad thing in my opinion.

If i could afford it i'd have the lot, tummy tuck,boob job,bum lift,bingo wings, & a face lift :D:D:D:D

I thought Sarah looked good without the surgery she didnt have that much looseness on her skin I would be chuffed if I thought I ended up with only a little drop like that, but I am older so it is unlikely
I could understand her having the surgery as she was young single and had her life to look forward to, it made her feel better and more confident .................and she could afford it lol.
I wouldnt have all that done, but maybe a tummy tuck if I had too much skin

Plastics for me too without a doubt. I reward myself financially for each stone lost @ £50 a stone and the OH promises to double it for each stone when I reach two of my major milestones. The savings will hopefully be enough to pay a deposit. Will definitely need a lower body lift at the very least.
