lemsips etc

can i take lemsip type drinks?
sucrose in them says 2.4g per sachet. sachet is 5g:sigh: thanks all. or should i as suggested earlier(ta steph) just have hot ribena and put paracetomol in. thanks xx

Mandy lemsip is sugar free Sucrose is a sweetener and not sugar, so as long as u are alright with sweeteners then Lemsip will be fine.

Ive been OK with the lemsip capsules, but not tried the drinks as I dont like them.

I've always made my own hot lemon/honey/ginger drinks and taken normal paracetamol if I have a cold, but now I'm wondering whether I'd still be able to have the honey?
