My life is good today because I have a wonderful hubby who despite the fact that he has no understanding of addiction of any kind, has sympathised with me all day about my liquid diet.

I feel so much better than my miserable thread I started last night.

A good support husband, wife or partner is one of the most important aspects of success in our weight loss journeys. I sure would have thrown the towel in before now, if it were not for the support, love and encouragement I receive from my husband and sons.
