Lunch on the move ideas

You can eat all of those nuts Penelope. They are good for you and have the 'right' fats in them. They are smashing for boosting energy and great for building muscle.
I did read once that macadamia nuts are the most fattening that you can eat so I think I wouldn't go for those.
Brazil nuts are very good for you.
Eat them sensibly though, and I know that one handful never seems enough if you are nuts about nuts but too many isn't a good idea. Just the right amount (a palmfull) is perfect, on a daily basis.
