Major fatige

Hello

Wonder if anyone can help, i had my sleeve done about a week ago, and iv having horrible fatigue and fainting spells, i nearly collapsed in the the shower, i see lot of black blotches and start heavenly breathing.

I have totally lost my appetite, but doing my best to drink.

Has anyone had this? Any advice on it? X

Go to your GP or phone your providers hun. I felt like this after my bypass but recognised that I was suffering from not having something to eat or at that time drink as I was on liquids. I couldn't go more than 3 hours before low blood sugar kicked in so I made a point of having a latte between my "meals". For me that was enough to tide me over. I still can't go past 4 hours now and that same feeling hits. Most of the time I don't feel hungry but I now recognise the need to go feed my body
