Multionta probiotic multivits 3 for 2 at Tescos

As title says, 3 for 2. They are just over £3 normally and was one of the multi vits recommended to me by my team

The first thing that came into my mind was "he had NHS surgery, how come he's not on prescription vits?" Then I thought if you are paying the prescription charge £7.20 per item ( and sometimes GP's only write out the month's supply), then it seems worthwhile to spend your money elsewhere. I just wonder though how these other OTC vits stack up against something like Forceval?

Ie been thinking about this - some people are prescribe forceval and Im given tiny yeast tasting black vits from the doc. I dont know what is best to try as Ive been told forceval are 10 times stronger than the prescribed ones by the pharmacist.
