Can anyone suggest which multivitamins I need to buy?

I take Forceval which are done on prescription.
You will need to take a chewable one at first.

I bought Bassetts chewable multivitamin you can get them in different flavours they where ok at the begining but dont have all the nutrition you need, Forceval are quite a large capsul but have multivitamin and mineral complex i take 1 a day.Hope this helps.

very helpful did u start taking them before operation or start after.

I was told by the dietician to take Bassetts chewable vitamins and to start right away and continue with one for life after the bypass. Hope that helps. I too will be switching to a more comprehensive vitamin tablet just as soon as I am able to swallow tablets once more

I took them after my bypass. You should be given all this information when you go in for your surgery thats when i got told most things.
