Yay he filled me lol..only lost 7lb since my last appointment 10 weeks ago but not to worried as its been christmas, no restriction and lots of drink.

15st12 now so hopefully this fill will kick start me again xxxx

Yeh bbe, so far I can really notice a difference. Only had like 600 calories today..couldnt finish half a tin ov soup..felt full so fingers crossed

He didnt say bbe, he said I still have plenty of room though lol. I usually receive a letter with next appointment and it says how much is in..so I should find out soon xx
