New picture. still 142...I guess I hit a platu! How long do they last??? Should I be worried. Ive been this weight since Mothers day :sigh:

I was warned my team that we hit such plateaus along the way and that some will experience one or two and some will have many more . . . although we set (or society sets) an ideal weight our own body knows best . . . patience is a virtue and the last few remaining pounds will drop when the time is right – in the meantime, rest assured, you look fantastic xx
