Newbie!!!!!

Hi everyone

Great to be here, have never used a forum before so you will have to excuse any mistakes.

Went for a consultation on Thursday for a gastric band and am hoping to book the op for the beginning of July!!! Really nervous but excited at the same time. Looking forward to finally losing weight.

Any advice that anyone has on the procedure and tips for life post band would be greatly appreciated.
