Hi everyone I'm 2 weeks post op and feeling pretty good can anyone give me any advice on wot they were eating at this stage I'm only eating mash and gravy soups and yoghurts????
At two weeks I was still on fluids and just about to go onto purée. Mash and gravy is good. I also had cheese or parsley sauce with mash. Puréed Heinz big soups, home made casseroles, puréed bolognaise, chilli, Sunday roast. Fish in butter sauce. Puréed baked beans and mash. Home made fruit smoothies.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Hope this helps
